Services refers to the primary services provided by Expaio, which include online shopping and currency exchange.

Product listings: we offer a platform for the sale of both our own products and products sourced from other Manufacturing companies. we or our partners as seller are responsible for ensuring that all product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing, is accurate, complete, and up to date and offering to customer what we described.

- Out of Stock Notifications: We or our seller partners promptly notify users if a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed.
Pricing and payments
prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is secured, and all transactions are subject to our privacy policy.
- Pricing: pricing is set by sellers, if you are a seller recommended to get a competitive price for your products. The buyers are responsible to pay the price plus shipping cost and any other product related cost stated on product description.
- Accuracy: Prices must be accurate and reflect the actual cost of the product. Any discounts or promotions should be clearly communicated.
- Currency: Prices should be displayed in the appropriate currency and comply with local regulations.
- Payment processing: We use secure payment processing methods through third party payment service provider. Sellers should adhere to our payment processing guidelines. We are not responsible for payment made beyond our services like by clicking on ads or link directed to other sites.
Order fulfilment and shipping
We strive to fulfill orders promptly, but we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.
- Timely fulfilment: we will fulfill orders within times stated on product description. In case of delays we will communicated to buyers promptly and buyers can put any messages directly from his/her order status, and we are not responsible for delivery of goods from other website like amazon, and any other websites which is not processed in our website.
- Shipping information: we and who create account as seller are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including estimated delivery times.
- Shipping costs: we or anybody as seller are responsible to provide clear information on shipping costs, including any additional fees, must be communicated to buyers before the purchase is completed, there is no extra charge or payment is allowed to be given beyond the product cost description, if any payment is made out of stated on product description, the company is not responsible.
- Holding Money: we hold the money until the goods are delivered to the right customers, if seller couldn’t transfer goods to the customers the money will be refunded to buyers after submitting a notice to seller.
Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: Customers may be eligible for a return and refund if the received product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
- Quality Concerns: Customers may request a return if the product does not meet their expectations in terms of quality, workmanship, or materials.
- Incorrect Item Received: Customers may be eligible for a return if they receive an incorrect item that does not match their order.
- Goods & Services not shipped due to out of stock or other reasons.
- Order Status is not updated up to 14 days, make 100% guaranteed refund request. The grand amount of sold item excluding shipping cost will be refunded within 3 days.
- If an item doesn’t arrive, make 100% guaranteed refund request. Your amount will be refunded excluding shipping cost.
- Refusing Receiving an item is not under our refund policy.
